BASIC BOXING FITNESS

Course Objective

Boxing is a great workout, perhaps the most challenging of all sports. It requires speed, agility, fitness, endurance and ultimate mental toughness. Boxing pushes you to like no others, pitting the finest and highest level athletes against each other. More importantly, boxing takes you further than you ever thought possible. Training the trainer will require more patience as the learners need to know the basic fundamentals of the stance, positioning, mindset and many more. Gaining these basic skills the learners will be able to apply it to boxing fitness, basic 1 to 1 session with their trainees or even integrate into other fitness programs. Should learners want to upgrade their skills, higher levels of training are available too.
